DIRECTOR, ASSET MANAGEMENT

A&B Properties is seeking a high energy professional as a director, asset management for its diversified commercial portfolio. Duties include direct responsibility for the operation and management of all Company owned improved real estate including management of third party fee managers and contracted leasing agents to maximize financial returns from commercial properties located in Hawaii and the U.S. mainland. Responsibilities include the development of detailed asset management plans, including financial projections and operating programs, and participation in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. A thorough understanding of financial issues, operation and legal aspects associated with all types of income properties including the ability to negotiate, prepare written analysis of financial data and supervision and direction of physical maintenance and repairs.

Travel required. Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's License required. Candidate should have (or be a candidate for) one of the following professional designations: Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSE), Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

REAL ESTATE ASSET MANAGER

A&B Properties is seeking a highly motivated real estate asset manager for a diversified commercial portfolio. Duties include direct responsibility for the administration of a portion of the leased property portfolio in Hawaii, including management of third party fee managers and contracted leasing agents, preparation of long range and annual operating plans, administration of capital improvements, development and coordination of leasing programs. Travel required.

Hawaii Real Estate Salesperson or Broker's License required. Candidate should have (or be a candidate for) one of the following professional designations: Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSE), Certified Property Manager (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
