We own, operate and manage retail, industrial and office space primarily in Hawaii. We are the largest owner of grocery/drug-anchored retail centers in the state. Our portfolio comprises 4.7 million square feet in 35 properties and 116 acres of ground leases in Hawaii and on the U.S. Mainland.
Investing in Hawaii communities is our priority—to create greater value for our shareholders over the long run. We accomplish this by the acquisition of high-quality properties seeking to increase margins over time by improved occupancy levels, rent growth and cost control acquisitions, as well as development and repositioning of properties for our portfolio.
