Charlie Loomis is responsible for the identification, creation and execution of land monetization opportunities in Hawaii.
Loomis recently transitioned to this role after more than 25 years as an A&B in-house attorney, where he was involved in all legal aspects of real estate matters including development, leasing, property management, and sales and acquisition transactions. His extensive experience also includes the management and oversight of litigation and certain human resources/employment matters.
Education and community commitment
Prior to joining A&B, Loomis was a partner at Rush Moore Craven and Strickland, a Honolulu law firm. He earned his Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University Law School and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colorado College. He serves on the boards of HUGS and Friends of Waikiki Aquarium.
