Gateway at Mililani Mauka shopping center was acquired in December 2011 and June 2012. Development of an additional 29,000 square feet of retail space was completed in 2013 and early 2014. An 18,500-square-foot medical office building was completed in early 2016.

Located on Parker Ranch pastures in Waimea, Hawaii, HoloHolo Ku’s 44 single-family condominium cottages and ranch homes overlook views of majestic Mauna Kea. The unique joint development between A&B and Hawaii developer U.J. Rainalter, called for the single-family homes to be built while retaining the open space of the community. HoloHolo Ku benefited in a region where there was limited inventory of new homes. Construction was completed in 2003. The project is sold-out.
Kai Lani’s 116 oceanfront resort two- and three-bedroom condominiums in the gated community of Ko Olina on Oahu marked the first residential project on the island for A&B. In joint partnership with Armstrong Builders, the resort community featured condominiums with palm tree-lined view channels and building designs that focused on breathtaking ocean and sunset views. Construction commenced in February 2002 and all 116 units were completed and sold-out by March 2004.
Surrounded by Wailea’s Blue Golf Course on the Island of Maui, Kai Malu at Wailea offers luxurious resort-style living with stunning views of Mount Haleakala and Maui’s southern coastline. This 11-acre property, located across from Maui’s only Costco & Kmart, was developed via build-to-suit and ground lease opportunities. Developments included the 28,000 square-foot retail building (Apex Building), a 14,800 square-foot retail building (Kele Center), and BMW and Acura dealerships. Maui’s first Krispy Kreme Doughnuts store opened in January 2004.
