Brad Santiago

Vice President, Property Management

Brad Santiago is vice president, property management at Alexander & Baldwin, where he oversees property management operations across the company’s statewide commercial real estate portfolio. He is responsible for property operations, capital programs, and the execution of strategies that support the long-term performance and value of A&B’s retail, industrial, and office assets.

Since joining A&B in 2014, Santiago has held several leadership roles across the company’s commercial real estate platform, including senior asset manager and director of asset portfolio management and operations. Earlier in his tenure, he served in finance and accounting roles, providing financial oversight and operational support for the company’s commercial real estate portfolio. Prior to A&B, Santiago was a senior asset manager at Kamehameha Schools, where he managed a portfolio of commercial real estate assets and tenant relationships throughout Hawaiʻi.

Santiago earned a bachelor of business administration degree in finance from the University of Hawaii. He also holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
