Kit Millan is responsible for asset management, property management and operations of A&B’s commercial real estate portfolio on the mainland and Hawaii.
Real estate background
Prior to joining A&B, Millan was director of asset management for Kamehameha Schools (Bishop Estate) where he had full P&L responsibility for the organization’s $3.5 billion commercial real estate portfolio.
Millan previously was a real estate consultant, an executive for a property management software firm and a portfolio director for AvalonBay Communities, the second largest multifamily REIT.
Education and community commitment
Millan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. Millan is a dedicated supporter of community organizations. He serves on the boards of Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, Hawaii Youth Soccer Association, HYSA Oahu League and coaches youth soccer for FC Hawaii.
