Kit Millan is responsible for asset management, property management and operations of A&B’s commercial real estate portfolio on the mainland and Hawaii.
Real estate background
Prior to joining A&B, Millan was director of asset management for Kamehameha Schools (Bishop Estate) where he had full P&L responsibility for the organization’s $3.5 billion commercial real estate portfolio.
Millan previously was a real estate consultant, an executive for a property management software firm and a portfolio director for AvalonBay Communities, the second largest multifamily REIT.
Education and community commitment
Millan holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Urban Land Institute. Millan is a dedicated supporter of community organizations. He is president emeritus on the board of The Early School, serves on the board of Hawaii Chamber of Commerce and Hawaii Youth Soccer Association Oahu League and coaches youth soccer for FC Hawaii.
