Kit Millan is senior vice president, asset management for Alexander & Baldwin. He is responsible for the asset management, property management and operations of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio.
Real estate background
Prior to joining A&B, Millan was director of asset management for Kamehameha Schools where he had full P&L responsibility for the organization’s $3.5 billion commercial real estate portfolio.
Millan previously was a real estate consultant, an executive for a property management software firm and a portfolio director for AvalonBay Communities.
Education and community commitment
Millan holds a master of business administration from the University of Florida and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Los Angeles. Millan is active in professional organizations, having served on the boards of Chamber of Commerce Hawaii and community non-profits, including the Early School, Hawaii Youth Soccer Association, and HYSA Oahu League. He coaches youth soccer for FC Hawaii.
